FAIRVault Documentation

This is a start for the FAIRVault documentation. The following items are documented:

• The monorepo and it's structure; Dataverse, scripting and customization, and setup of Shibboleth and reverse proxies
• Deployment and architecture approach

The reader is assumed to have some familiarity with GitHub, Apache2, and deployment strategies, as well as the concept of FAIRVault. A bit of bash scripting and Python experience never goes awry as well.
